Trauma can be healed, leading to a grand transformation
Trauma is the result of drama in our current life or in our not-so-distant past. Trauma is the root of our turmoil, discomfort and anguish. When we are ready to change and “not feel like this anymore”, we move towards our healing. Here we gain new knowledge about our behaviors and we grow from our experiences. This healing brings about a new way of being, and we begin to see new results in our lives, we catalyze our own transformation.
Trauma is caused by many things, but drama-induced trauma in your life (at work, in relationships, family, childhood) can result in a loss of personal power.
We live with emotional injuries and physical illnesses because we have not come to terms with the crippling beliefs we carry with us. These injuries and illnesses take the form of pain, anxiety, insecurity, fear, anger, depression, shame and unworthiness and result in the loss of our personal power. This trauma can heal and lead to a grand transformation.
My workshop “Transformational Steps to Healing” will heighten the awareness of the pain we hold and help us understand how resentment, bitterness, self-pity, betrayal of trust, and anger are blocks to our growth.
This choice to let go of pain will take us on a journey of healing and renewal.

Workshop Details: Activate your transformative powers by turning your values into energy fields. Reconnect with the inner wisdom. You are safe to feel and you are safe to remember. Forgiveness allows you to heal from being hurt or let down. When you don’t forgive, you block your healing powers and thereby betray yourself. How? By not giving yourself the gift of growing from the experience.

It’s what we believe in life.
Small but hurtful situations accumulate into a lack of confidence, self-doubt, and energy-draining patterns to debilitate even the strongest of us. Hurtful, ill-intended words or actions can cause mental, emotional and spiritual pain. This unspoken pain can manifest into disengagement, dis-ease, or illness. It can erode our life force. We become mired in it because we don’t know how to resolve what is happening within us.
Workshop Details: Learn to observe and acknowledge your unspoken pain. The dark recesses we fear are just places that need light, air and care. Looking non-judgmentally at what we find and trying not to let our ego react is a challenge, but the more we look and practice letting go, the closer we are to self-love.
